OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

  • Delivery within Malaysia only
  • If any products are found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and must return to the courier representative immediately.

How to return / refund products

  1. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  2. The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date.
  3. The return item must be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days upon Medi Beaute’s approval of your request.
  4. Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
  5. Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Medi Beaute.
  6. Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  7. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. Medi Beaute will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Medi Beaute receiving it.
  8. The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging.
  9. Any items returned without Medi Beaute’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
